1️⃣ Schedule your free 30-minute consultation to talk with our Clinical Director where we will discuss you or your loved one's needs. Together, we’ll define clear, measurable goals and identify the level of care that best supports you or your loved one's recovery journey.
2️⃣ Collaborate on your personalized care plan. Clients will be matched with a dedicated Liaison who will help coordinate are and guide them step-by-step through their individualized treatment process.
3️⃣ Begin your program. Clients will receive secure log-in access to the Montebello Patient Portal and begin their recovery journey. All treatment services are evidence-based and regularly monitored for effectiveness.
