Meet Our Founders

Our Clinical Director, Dr. Jeremiah Isbell PsyD, is a licensed clinical psychologist (AZ License #4884) with over two decades of experience in the mental health field working with at-risk youth, adults, and families. He also has extensive training and clinical experience working in the field of addiction, and Dr. Isbell honed his skills at one of Arizona's pioneering non-12-step addiction treatment centers and completed his doctoral internship providing medically assisted addiction treatment services. 

Academically, Dr. Isbell obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Arizona State University in 2005, the same year he began working in the mental health field. He later obtained his Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from the Arizona School of Professional Psychology (ASPP) in 2012, and his Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology from ASPP in 2015. Driven by personal and professional encounters with addiction, Dr. Isbell's graduate training emphasized identifying underlying factors driving addiction and utilizing evidenced-based treatment of substance abuse and mental health disorders.

Professionally, since receiving his doctorate in 2015, Dr. Isbell's clinical practice has centered on conducting comprehensive evaluations and providing individual addiction-focused therapy. Dr. Isbell also serves as an expert witness for the State of Arizona, and he has extensive experience working with individuals suffering from trauma-related conditions, anxiety, mood, and addiction-related problems.
